What type of space ship start i.e. a top down style game or are you looking for something a bit more complex?
In either case I cant think of a working free package but you might get what you need by pulling from a number of them. I'm working on a similar project (space shooter/conquest game) my self at the moment and found a few free space based assets on the asset store that worked as place holders for a good bit. There are also a number of applicable tutorials out there that got em going with ship control and the likes.
